This plant is consider as one of the important plant in roads & bridges sector. The plant participated Since its' foundation in 1981 till now in roads, bridges & irrigation projects by supplying these projects with precast box culverts and another products for both private & public sector. The plant also participated in bridges construction by supplying the girders such as (Karkuk southern bridge, Al-Ghalibiya bridge, first & second khusar bridge in Mosul, Rawa bridge, New Diala bridge, Bab Singar bridge in Mosul, Al-Saklawiya bridge, West Qurna bridge, Gharnata bridge in Karkuk, Express way bridge over Euphrates river at 140km, Western ditch bridge over express way, Al-amriya second bridge, al-warar bridge .. etc.).
The plant also supplied Amanat Baghdad and another governorates with girders which are used in constructing pedestrians cross bridge as well as Abu Ghraib expressway. The plant supplied girders which are use in roofing works for large areas buildings. After the war, the plant played a great roll in country reconstruction campaigns specially the damaged bridges such as (Al-Seka bridge above Al-Atshan river, Al-Sika bridge above Ukashatt- Al-Qa'im cross, Sader Al-Mejer bridge, Al-Karama bridge, Wadi Horan & Zghedan bridge, An-Nassriya & Al-Madina bridge, As-Semawa bridge, Abuskeir bridge, West Qurna bridge, Al-Jomhouriya bridge).
1- precast prestressed girders production line.
The plant produces precast prestressed reinforced concrete bridges girders like (I) letter form up to (25.6)m length span, height (1.2)m and girders up to (22)m length, (0.85)m height.
The plant produces various types of precast box culverts with its bases of a good type, high standard specifications and different sizes, and these culverts can be used under deep layers up to (9)m depth. The plant produces (11) types of box culverts with dimensions from (1.5×1)m to (3.5×3)m with various lengths use in roads, irrigation tunnels and also can be used as channels.
